If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us (in the manner set out below) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, requesting either (i) an exchange or (ii) a refund of the price paid.
Please note, any item bought from Club/school Stores personalised with initials, names or numbers are non-returnable unless faulty.
For any bespoke/bulk order queries please contact your account handler or sales manager who’s name can be found on your copy order acknowledgement before returning any item/s.
RETURNING FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Where an item you have purchased is faulty or defective in some way you are obliged to return the item to us within a reasonable period of time and may request either (i) a replacement or (ii) a refund of the price paid. If your order was placed via your online store and is faulty or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via phone with your order number and we will arrange for this to be returned and replaced/refunded as quickly as possible.

- The item/s in the exact condition you received them in (with all packaging where possible)
- The returns form (received in the parcel) completed in full including your order number and contact details indicating whether you require a refund/exchange (where applicable)

COST IN RETURNING ITEMS
Where you wish to return an item that is not faulty or defective, you are liable to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. Please note: For your protection, Raging Bull Sportswear recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
Where the item is faulty or defective, we will issue a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label for any Online Store order returns at no additional cost to the customer. Please contact us via email, email@example.com or via telephone.
TIME TO PROCESS RETURNS
We will try to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to action your request. Any refunds should appear via the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Standard UK Delivery: (excluding N.I., Highlands & Islands, IOW ) All orders of £350 (exc VAT) and over forwarded carriage paid. £7.50 carton handling and carriage charge on orders less than £350 (exc VAT)
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight – 3/4 Day Service: All orders of £350 and over forwarded carriage paid. £7.50 carton handling and carriage charged on orders less than £350.
Express UK Delivery: Upon request, orders can be delivered using an overnight service to be delivered by a specific time. Additional charges will apply. Prices and options are available from your clubs account manager or the sales office.
Export Delivery – Carriage is charged on all export orders including the Channel Islands and Eire. Export orders are not subject to UK VAT. Prices and options are available from your clubs account manager or the sales office.
